Roles and Responsibilities

1. Extraction of Nucleic acids from Clinical samples
2. Performing Real-Time PCR on 384 wells and performing Normal PCR
3. Raw data compilation of qPCR assays and reporting
4. Preparing working Stocks of Master Mix, Primer & Probes
5. Maintaining Lab Protocol/SOPs/ Reports
6. Regular maintenance of laboratory machines and documentation
7. Maintenance of Inventories - Samples/Kits/Plastic wares
